OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

1. 1. The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry.

   2. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Major League Rugby, participating teams, sponsors, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of such persons, are not eligible to participate.

   3. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

   1. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on May 31, 2026.

2. HOW TO ENTER

1. 1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

   2. Online Entry: Participants may also enter online at [INSERT WEBSITE URL] during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the online entry form.

   3. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PRIZE

1. 1. One (1) Grand Prize consists of:

• • Two (2) tickets to the 2026 MLR Championship Game. Exact seat location determined by Sponsor.
  • Round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) people from a major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence to the championship city. Flights will be booked by Sponsor.
  • Two (2) nights hotel accommodation (one standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Check-in on the day before the championship game; check-out on the day after the championship game.
  • Ground transportation via ride-share service to and from the stadium on game day (maximum $100 value).
  • VIP pre-game experience including exclusive stadium access and meet-and-greet opportunity (subject to availability).

2. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs not specifically included in the prize description.

3. Travel to and from games, lodging, parking, food, beverages, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. 1. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 6, 2026 by MLR or its designated representative.

   2. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

   3. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. 1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

   2. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

   3. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.

   4. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

   5. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the Internet Service Provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

   6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

1. 1. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Major League Rugby, LLC, participating teams, sponsors, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

9. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

1. 1. This sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

   2. By entering, participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.

   3. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Dallas County, Texas.

   4. Entrants agree that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys; fees or other legal costs. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. TEXAS LAW COMPLIANCE

In compliance with Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 622 (Contest and Gift Giveaway Act): BUYING WILL NOT HELP YOU WIN. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes.
