Major League Rugby Vegas Weekend Moves to Sam Boyd Stadium
LAS VEGAS (January 16, 2020) – Emersion Sports & Entertainment announced today that the Major League Rugby (MLR) Vegas Weekend will return to Las Vegas’ original home of rugby, Sam Boyd Stadium, Feb. 9 and Feb. 15-16. The 40,000 seat venue has been homestead to major rugby events over the years including the international USA Sevens Rugby tournament.
Original club level and general admission tickets purchased through the Las Vegas Ballpark website will be honored at Sam Boyd Stadium. Guests who purchased reserved seating will be contacted by UNLVTickets and reissued seats in a comparable location at Sam Boyd Stadium.
Fans who purchased tickets through the Ticketmaster site will be refunded, and fans will be directly contacted and asked to repurchase through UNLVtickets.com and will be offered a 15 percent discount for their inconvenience by using the code LVMLR.
Sam Boyd Stadium is located at 7000 E Russell Rd., Las Vegas, NV, 89122. Tickets for the MLR Vegas Weekend are on sale now and can be purchased online at UNLVtickets.com.

Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020
Toronto Arrows vs Houston SaberCats at 11:30 a.m. PST
San Diego Legion vs Colorado Raptors at 3:00 p.m. PST
The weekend event will be in partnership with the Vegas Invitational Rugby Tournament, an annual amateur rugby tournament for all ages and all levels with 7’s and 15’s brackets set to take place Feb. 13 – 16. The amateur event also includes a D1A Rugby Collegiate National Title qualifier event.
